Terms and Conditions
ARRIVAL: from 17:00.
We will do our utmost to ensure that your accommodation is available as soon as possible and no later than 5.00 pm.
DEPARTURE: 10.00 am.
On the day of departure, the accommodation must be vacated by 10.30 a.m. at the latest, unless otherwise requested.
If you wish to extend your stay, you must do so at least 24 hours before your arrival, before 4pm.
If you fail to comply with this deadline, we will be unable to accommodate your request and will ask you to leave the flat by 10.30 a.m. on the date originally planned.
Any overrun of the check-out time without prior request 24 hours in advance will be subject to a supplement of 90€ per hour of overrun, any hour started will be due in full.
INVENTORY OF FIXTURES:
The accommodation will have been cleaned and checked by our teams before your arrival.
On your arrival, please inform us immediately of any damage or shortcomings to avoid any confusion.
YOU RENT the flat:
It is available to the traveller from the date of arrival at 4pm to the date of departure at 10am. It must be returned immediately on request.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES:
Our team will not be held responsible for any illegal activity carried out in the flat. If we have any doubts, we will be forced to cancel the booking without notice and will call the police immediately.
LINEN:
You benefit from a hotel service.
Linen is provided: sheets, towels, bathroom products and tea towels.
We always provide a double bed for two people. In the event of a specific request, additional charges will apply.
HOUSEHOLD:
The accommodation must be returned in the same condition as it was found. The dishwasher must be empty, the crockery clean and tidy, the bins emptied, the terrace clean and the fabrics maintained. If the accommodation is found to be dirty beyond normal use in accordance with the house rules, a flat-rate fee of €350 will be deducted from the DEPOSIT, to be paid by the traveller.
