For your comfort on arrival, hotel-quality linen is provided and beds are made.
You'll enjoy 3 large, separate bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the living room, the sofa can accommodate 1 person.
A baby cot and high chair are also available.
The Italian-style shower room is very pleasant, and the WC is separate.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, hood, freezer, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pots and pans and crockery.
The dining/living room can accommodate up to 7 people for relaxed sharing.
You can park in front of the entrance to drop off your luggage, and for parking, there's an 8-space parking lot 100 meters from the apartment on your left towards the village center.

Terms and Conditions
Important RULES to be observed under penalty of immediate eviction.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in common areas and inside the apartment. Parties are also forbidden out of respect for the neighbors. Please note that the apartments are located in a residential building.
We rely on your goodwill and respect for the residents.
INTERVENTION for loss of keys is charged at €160 (replacement lock + keys).
ARRIVAL: from 4:00 pm.
We will do our utmost to ensure that your accommodation is available as soon as possible and no later than 5:00 pm.
DEPARTURE: 10.30 a.m.
On the day of departure, accommodation must be vacated by 10.30 a.m. at the latest, unless otherwise requested.
If you wish to extend your stay, you must do so at least 24h00 before your arrival, before 16h00.
If you fail to comply with this deadline, we will be unable to accommodate your request and will ask you to leave the apartment by 10.30 a.m. at the latest.
Any overrun of the Check-out time without prior request 24 hours in advance will be subject to a surcharge of 90€ per hour of overrun, any hour started will be due in full.
INVENTORY OF FIXTURES:
The accommodation will have been cleaned and checked by our teams before your arrival.
On arrival, please report any damage or shortcomings immediately to avoid any confusion.
YOU RENT the apartment:
It is available to the traveller from the date of arrival at 4 pm to the date of departure at 10 am. It must be returned immediately upon request.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES:
Our team will not be held responsible for any illegal activity taking place in the apartment. If we have any doubts, we will be forced to cancel the reservation without notice and will call the police immediately.
LINEN:
You benefit from a hotel service.
Linen is provided: sheets, towels, bathroom products and tea towels.
We always provide a double bed for two people. In case of specific request, additional charges will apply.
HOUSEHOLD:
The accommodation must be returned in the same condition as it was found. Dishwasher empty, dishes clean and tidy, garbage cans emptied, terrace clean and fabrics maintained. If the accommodation is found to be dirty beyond normal use in accordance with the house rules, a flat-rate fee of 350€ will be deducted from the DEPOSIT, at the traveller's expense.
